37s wheel width an offset?

Getting treps on my GQ, 37 12.50 16 should i go for a 10 inch rim as i will be running mech beadlocks and also what offset would be best or is patrol ok?
As they are a pretty stiff tyre I'd go as wide as possible
Mechanical Bead locks usually add a little to the width also
I have pro comp 16 x 10's with 2.5" back space, they don't stick out to far and work well
