Torquing Tie rod end bolts for the 40

This question is for one of you guys out there with the Land cruiser body and chassis manual or for those of you who are sick enough to know this kind of info off the top of your head.


Whats the recommended torque setting for the nuts to bolt the tierods ends to their various attaching parts....tie rod...centre arm...axle hub.

with the bolts on the tie rod end (where its holding the tapered bit in) youd be lucky to get the torque reading to match up with the castle nut gap/split pin hole. so just do it tight until you think you wont be able to make it to the next slot in the nut. then put the split pin in.
