so far i know:

bellhousing
accelerator cable
purge pump and filter
instrument cluster? i doubt it will just plug in are the looms the same just with different pugs in use
radiator

fuel tanks same????? i think so
fuel lines along chassis same?????

wiring is my only real concern should be fairly straight forward other than that.

I've been told the bell housing will go, but you have to drill one hole for the starter motor and depending on your model of patrol (efi/carb) you need to run a return line for the diesel. I'm looking to do this conversion too, I would use the same fuel tank, but with a good drain and flush.

Petrol fuel lines are smaller. I just added a carter fuel pump to help get the fuel there. Remove fuel filters and add diesel fuel filters. Fuel filler. I drilled out spot welds and removed the stopper then welded the holes back up. If it is EFI you will need to remove the fuel pump and add fuel hose to the bottom of the tank.

But the brackets between the engine mount and engine can be swapped over between both 4.2 diesels and petrols
