I got a really good bargin with some 37" tyres. So with 6" springs what will i need to do to stop rubbing the front guards, tray isn't a problem i can lift and modify tray.

it doesnt matter how much lift you have, when your suspension articulates 37" tyres will scrub unless you cut guards, or move your diff forward.

Move the diff forward with radius arm spacers. My 37's cleared with a 4 inch lift even before I trimmed the guards. They only just touched at full compression and full lock so you hardly have to trim anything at all.
