How hard? Not hard at all.

If you have the money, just do a drive in-drive out at PGS.

If you're handy with tools, do it yourself as parts can be had cheap and many TD42/TB42/TB45 parts are interchangeable.

If you have no money, no tools and no skills however, i would imagine that it would be rather hard to do.

PS. If you do a search on here, there are about 600 threads covering this, and there's at least a dozen good build threads on here too.

More than one way to skin a cat, how much power dictates what is required on many fronts, more power means more cost, bigger fuel pumps, better turbo's, bigger intercooler, injectors and aftermarketr management for bigger power or a wire in chip and supplimentary injectors for more modest results, uprated ignition systems can be required for higher output and so on.
