Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i was jus wondering wat other motor will fit into a 1988 toyota hilux surf other than the 2.4 turbo diesel and will a toyota camry motor fit and how hard would it to do a petrol convertion and possibly the cheapest way thanks nick

any help would be greatly appreciated so if anyone has done a similar convertion or anything like that would be great 2 no thanks

1uz. search. 195kw tho, so if you drive it hard with stock diffs etc you will break things 3 rz is a good 4 cylinder. or maybe a dunnydore v6 or even a 3.4l hilux v 6

thanks 4 the replies how much would it cost 2 put a 308 in it or the 1uz. would it be better 2 leave it as a diesel or be cheaper 2 go 2 petrol with the 1uz would i have to change gearbox and clutch and all the wiring cheers nick
