Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Can anyone help me locate the wiring for my washer bottle or look under the bonnet and see where and what colour wiring is going into theirs?

I pulled the surround off the steering column and it appears to be a black and blue wire coming from the switch?

I can't locate it in the engine bay and the previous owner had removed the washer bottle.
