Fuel cut solenoid?

was the new cab also a diesel?
The fuel cut solenoid works by opening when there is 12v positive present.
Therefore it closes when no power is supplied.
So either a switch is broken and wont turn off or you have done some wrong wiring in the engine bay or the ignition loom.

either engine fuse 10amp or the fuel cut solinoid has failed
test the wire that goes to the fuel cut it will have power when on and no power when off if that is good the fuel cut is the problem
