Hot/Warm Start problem

My '91 3.0 petrol Pajero is having starting issues.

Just had the starter motor and battery replaced so it can't be those. Intermittent problem but have realised its when the car is warmed up, the car won't start when I turn the key. All the lights come on as usual and there's a nice big "click" but doesn't turn over - completely dead.

Does that sound like an ECU problem? $$?

While I'm here, got a vibration every 2secs or so when I'm doing around +80kmph -wheel bearing?

cheers

Earth lead on the battery is my guess.

Temperature dependent? All looks good at the battery end.

Has the battery still got charge after its run for a bit - ie alternator not charging the battery?

Yeah, plenty of juice. Wait few minutes, cools down then starts easily first time.

NJV6 is probably right. My 1997 disco also exhibited the same problem.
Brand new starter and battery. Intermittent non-starting specially when
it is hot. I tightened the ground bolts, scrape some paint and place washers.
So far it has been 2 weeks now without any problem. :)
