Hey Guys,
I've got a 88 hilux and I hit a stump the other day and bent my tie rod and now it hits the damper at some points. It's pretty noticeable just wondering what's my best option.
Cheers

Replace it, unless you're confident to straighten it and brace it, once they bend they permanantly weaken- like bent cardboard.

I replaced mine with one from Locktup. 80 series rod ends and a beefy tie rod. Was under $300 from memory.
Not sure what your budget is but the wreckers will charge you betwwen 50 and 100 for a second hand one that will still be weak and prone to bending
