Body lift, Wind up torsions, lifted springs, tyres.

thanks. body lift & torsion wind ok with. lifted springs? replace with alternative or get re sprung? will i hav 2 replace rear shocks with longer 1s? anything 2 watch out 4? & can anything b done with steering lock? or lack of i should say. turning circle like a city bus. later models r good. can anything b adapted 2 fix it?
