Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi guys am looking at a 96 courier totally stock but engine (2.6 pet) only has 180,000k's on it.
its the super cab priced at 4500 asking price but i recon ill get him down to 3500-4000
has anyone got any advice on weather its a good truck?
also how hard is it to lift the sucker up?
and what are ppl doing to these trucks?

$4500 for a 14 yr old vehicle???? If it was the diesel maybe $2500...

"Only 180000 km" means about 12000km/yr - oils/seals/U-joints/radiator fluid all would have been neglected. Neglected radiator fluid = corrosion between head and block.

If they're anything like the later versions they are apparently a pr*ck to body lift, and your spring lift options are limited by the torsion bar front suspension.
