Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i have a 1985 Hilux i was wondering what mods i should get i mainly want it for camping on the beach and i also want to do some decent 4wd driving what should i get and how much should i spend on it

2-4inch lift kit, tires, decent recovery gear, winch, lockers.... the list is endless

mainly i'd do tires and suspension and lockers if you have the $$$
