shocks to suit 4'' lifted jimny

hy guys having trouble matching some shocks to my spring lift i have a 99 jimny running 4'' lift coils at the moment have ford econovan shocks in back 
and vn commodore ones in the front these twist up well but to hard..... 
help please...
