Hey guys.

i have spoken to ARB, they cost a fortune for the fitting kit, as much as i payed for the bar.
does anyone have pics or diagram of the fitting kit?

im thinking of having a fabricator make up the mounts, some pics etc would be great.

Does your GU have an airbag??
If so, the bar is also going to have to be airbag compatible and there is an extra bracket either side you will need to fit the bar. Mine is a TI (98) and I needed the brackets when I brought my ironman bar. I would have thought ARB would be pretty much the same as Ironman. Aren't they all made in some Chinese sweat shop anyway??

If you think ARB bars are made in china, your dreaming.

You will need the fit kit. The kit weights almost as much as the bar, lots of different parts, not just the brackets.

No real way around it, and if your GU does have airbags, it's the only safe way to go as the brackets will incorporate crush zones.
