off the shelf turbo kits for 4.5L petrol GU

Hey all,
I've been searching older posts all morning and found a lot of interest in turbo's for the 4.5.
Nothing as for full off the shelf kits.
Just wondering if any one knows anything in regards to full kits, prices, performance/ reliability and where to find them?????
