2000 Disco TD5 Auto warning lights

Hey guys
My uncle recently purchased a 2000 Disco TD5 Auto and theres a bunch of warning lights on the dash lit up...
The TC - the SRS - the self levelling suspension - the ABS - the handbrake.
He has been told that the sensors at the hubs need cleaning out - but unsure if this will "cure" the problem... Has anyone come across this and will cleaning the sensors get rid of the warning lights??
