RUF/IFS rears, on the cheap

we have just bought a 90 model hilux and want to do RUF & IFS on the rear .what else do i need besides extended shackles????
budget is very tight as its my sons car and he is a 1st year apprentice
any advice would be greatly appreated

shocks, brake lines, front dropped crossmember, shock hoops, dropped draglink, tailshaft spacer.

If you are going to remove the load leaf from the rear, then you will need a track bar to stop axle wrap.
If the springs you will be using are second hand, then get new bushes and centre pins.

Im doing the same mod to my Lux. Im slowly collecting parts.

For a fairly easy way of getting lift and flex, it does add up pretty quickly.

i have the shocks,extended brake lines can get a front dropped cross member .can the tail shaft be done with rhs (any body got any pics).WHATS A DROPPED DRAG LINK AND IS THIS NECCESARY.

Yes you can do a RHS front shaft, thats what Im planning on doing. There are some issues when it comes to balancing it. But it can be done.
A dropped draglink is needed, as the stock straight draglink wont work with the lift that is gained.
The only way to not need a dropped draglink is to convert to crossover or histeer. Which is more expensive.
