It is a TB42, yes? Maybe put that somewhere so people know what engine you're on about.
I'd go for a turbo for the availaibility and price of parts for the job compared to a supercharger. A TD42 manifold will bolt straight up, and turbo's can be picked up pretty cheap too (whatever size tickles your fancy), which just leaves some intake piping, dump pipe, exhaust and air box. For the LPG you'll need a GasResearch mixer and a B2 converter with the up-sized balance line cover on it. If you don't have electronic ignitinon, now's the time to spend some dollars on it and go for an ICE ignition system with some good leads and plugs. Then take it to a reputable shop for a tune up. Fitting up an intercooler is also a good idea, however is not 100% necessary.
If you've got money to spare, give one of the petrol oriented 4x4 workshops a call (PGS or similar) for a DI/DO price.

Thanks Coxy, i am very slow on the typing so i tend to not say to much, i did say petrol powered.
Do you think the td42 manifold will flow enough for say a 50% gain, i would still like good torque down low, i will spend the extra on electronic ignition, i don,t know what size turbo to look for,also i will need an air box to fit in somewhere, i will try to load some photo,s of my engine bay.
Thanks again

The aftermarket TD42 manifolds usually have a T3 flange, and would be capable of supporting what you want. As for turbo sizing, you're probably best to dig through the many TB42 and TB45 turbo threads on here to see what other people have used. As for the airbox, it depends on how much money you've got to spend, but you could go with a GU ZD30 airbox for a fairly straight forward bolt in (you'll need to move the battery tray back a bit), or go for a custom box.

I have a TB45 in my GQ (same bolt pattern on exhurst side as TB42) I have looked at a toyota SC14 supercharger and turbo's. I have looked into running twin rodeo turbos to use there low rpm boost.
Quoted:
$ 650 for headers
$ 500 for turbos (have)
$ 250 for intercooler
and need ignition, cam and programable ECU but I all ready have the LT10 fitted at $2300.
But I have decided to persue a V8 project as the turbo will be up to 280 rwhp and a LS1 from 240 rwhp, but does not have the issues of forced induction. There are alot of turboed TB42 motors on here but I belieave that some have spent over 10K on them.
