Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi. I have a problem with my 80 series Center Diff lock. I pulled out the instrument cluster to check the light with a test light. When I touched it on the printed circut bord at the back on the CDL light I heard a noise like a fuse blowing and now I have no power to the instrument cluster at all. None of the gauges work or central locking or power windows.
I have checked the ignition fuse on the inside of the vehicle on the fuse board as well as all the other fuses on that board. I have checked the fuse box on the right hand side of the motor with the 3 blade fuses as well as the headlight box on the left.
Is there any more fuses or fuseable links any where or any other cause. I hope I haven't blown the cluster. Surely there is a fuse somewhere, Its got me stumped?
