I have foun 2 ways water can get in. The first one is from blocked plenimium chamber somehow and leak down firewall and the other is from blocked sill exit holes and into floor thru holes in floor.

my dads has the same leak if it is on the passenger side have a look in the bottom corner of the window when it is raining and see if it is coming in there thats where ours comes in, when it rains we stick a rag or something on the dash in that corner and no water gets in to wet the floor

have had a member of our 4x4 club with similar issues, found when the windscreen was replaced just before they got it, id wasnt sealed properly, as the snorkel was in the way, at least that was the bull$hit excusee they were given.

at the weekend i taped up the vents under the windscreen ( sorry could only find clear tape ) after running the hose through them for quite a wile through the week with no leaks Then i set a hose on the windscreen for only a short time .

ITs not time for a new windscreen, see if they can pop it out and re-seal it, if worst comes to worse replace it, at least you will get warrenty on the installation and all that,

yer thanks man i relise i don't have to replace it but its got 3 big chip dasieys in it and if they don't break it it will need to be replaced soon any way ill just see how much the difference is from reseal to replace then make a decission on there advice a new screen should be $200 approx wouldn't it ?
