hi guys im trying to work out which is the best way to mount a tube tray to my chassis ive just done a wagon chop this is what ive come up with old wagon mounts have been removed

We just did it to a mates Patol wagon. At the front we used from memory 125mm by 100mm by 10mm angle. The 100mm sat on top of the chassis with the 125mm running down on the inside of the chassis.
We bolted it on using grade 10 bolts with crush tube in chassis.
For the rear we again used angle and bolted on using the 12mm rear bumper bar bolts

don't weld vertically on the chassis rail. If you must put a fish plate on first.
