Can anyone shed some light on this problem,
front suspension has gone stiff, rear is fine but the front just bounces hard,
its hydro i know, still goes up and down with the button but has no travel when driving,
acumulators could be stuffed, or could be oil, or even gas? in shockers, i dont know, anyone who could help would be great, Alan.

Hi, I have heard of this problem - oil leaks past the seal in the accumulators as the nitrogen leaks out. The nitrogen isnt there to provide the spring = very hard ride. Change the accumulators and all good. Mind you, it is sure a complex setup and I dont look forward to mine going.....

Accumalators aren't cheap either, I think we were quoted about $2200 for the 4 when they went in the GF's parents Lexus. Did a quick look for some info and it was decided to go back to normal suspension as it was more reliable and will last longer then the accumalators. The car has been to Kedron Lexus since then and they said there is no adverse affects from doing this apart from the AHC light being on in the dash. Also it is not advisable to be towing with the adjustable suspension as it was not really designed to be used with towing loads which was the other reason we went with normal suspension
