flipped rims

just wondering for ordering purposes would a flipped rim have a zero offset cheers col

Mate, they'd be more like -40 to -60 offset and you'd probably have to have them custom made.

Zero or (even positive) offset is what you'll see on many new cars where the wheel rim is set further in on the centre the hub (a flat faced looking wheel).
The more "negative" offset you have the further out from the hub the rim of the wheel is and have a "deep dish " look about them.

You talking offset from centre of rim width or backspacing which is taken from inside rim bead.
