Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Anyone adapted their car trailer to have removable flares. I have to widen the trailer as im sick of changing the comp truck tyres over as their too wide to fit on.
Thinking or making my flares bolt on , removable, so i can run up over the tyres instead of having to make ramps over the flares.

That's quite a good idea. I'd suggest one of two ideas. First off I'd try to move the flares out as wide as possible. They will need to be cut off then make up a spacer and welded back on. Make sure your tyres can move around and won't rub on the guards or spacers. I'd say this would be your best option.
Otherwise you could get removable guards made up. I wouldn't bolt them on as this would be too time consuming. Some sort of spring bolt type set up to hold them on would be strong enough, fast and fail safe. There are maximum widths for trailers, so keep in mind not to exceed these.

Roof and sides are removable too

It tilts (via a trolley jack built into the front) and fits everything ive tried to get on it inc a 100 series with 35's.

I wouldn't ... as time goes on they'll get looser and looser ... ....

We had'em on citrus bin trailers, mostly only last a year tops.

Better to make stronger arches and drive on over them IMO

Why don't you guys just put the deck above the wheels?
I picked up one of these trailers to put my Wrangler on when I got to England.
7'6" wide. (90" or 2286mm)

They bring the ride height up a fair bit which increases weight, loading, stability and wind resistance problems

Drive over guards are the way of the future. Keeps the weight that bit lower than having the deck above the wheels.

This trailer has had everything from Zooks through to Chev K20's, my 3t excavator and the old buggy.
