GT2560R on GQ TD42?

Seems like all the talk goes to the GT2860RS but wouldn't the smaller GT2560R still be a good option for a GQ?
It's for my daily driver, lots of city and decent offroad. I don't pull trailers, don't drive like I stole it... It will have water/meth injection and I'm also considering mounting my W2A once turbo is worked out plus 3" exhaust.
Lastly, it runs on veggie oil but that shouldn't have any impact...
Any thoughts?
