Bending a slightly warped door back into shape

I'm having a problem with a slightly warped door. It's the one-piece back door on my Suzuki. It now leaks a little in the rain when once it didn't. The seal looks OK, I think the door just isn't pressing onto the seal enough.
I had the same problem with the passenger door when the car was at the smash repairer and the door was left open for days on end. It resulted in the top of the door sagging and not touching the frame to the extent you see daylight between the door and seal. The smash repairer said they just bent it back to fix it.
Is there a technique for bending the door back to be square or is it just brute force?

sierra rear doors usually sag at the hinges... its probably better you take the hinges off and tighten them up.

Hinges look tight and the catch works fine.

Yeah i tried the one hand on top, one hand in the middle and my knee at the bottom, and twist. I was wondering if there's a less brutal way of doing it.
it's a Grand Vitara with the one-piece door.
