Verticore 3XP

so need a little help from some fellow tradesmen (Boilies/1st class welders), need some voltage settings for verticore 3xp for vertical up min 12mm m/s plate normal 2 run pass. Used this wire years ago in 1.6mm with CO2 but am a little rusty

use 311, 232 and 233 a fair bit as well as higher specifed solid wires but need a hand for 6g weld test for a new job, any help would be great

. oh and only for xp wires

fogot to add will be im told either miller or lincoln 500 amp sources and lincoln squirts.

its a ease wire to use. with 1.6 id start around the 25v mark.

I usally start at 27v. Most manufacturers have data on there wires on line. That would be my starting point.
Nothing beats welding vertical up with no weave using 3xp, pipe welding is also a lot easyer.
