Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey fellas

im currently stuck in the bush with an electrical problem.

First up its a hilux with the 4y motor.

it was running but then my dodgey igition barrel came off and the acc wire arced out and the car stopped running.

The starter relay still clicks when the key is turned but the fuel cut solenoids dont disengage and the starter motor wont crank.

have checked all the fuses and they look ok to me.

if anyone can help id be very grateful.

Not sure if there is one on luxes - but fusible link?

If it has one, it'll be a li'l rectangular box along one of the positives to the battery. If its gone you should be able to bypass it with some spare cable to get you home, and an auto elec should be able to make you a new one.

yeah it ended up being a fusable link.
just walked to the road and got the mrs to drop a few new ones off and started straight away.
