incredibly common job. there is a bit on the net if you search, especially american forums like ih8mud.com. if you really struggle to find anything, search "disc conversions". more or less the same for the hub itself. does it need new cv's n bearings or just seals? can get cheap seal kits on ebay. did this for my first one, pretty strait forward. you may not have to even adjust the shims for the preload (anyone confirm this?).

Yeah mate messy job but easy
keep the all shims in the same place they came from and you wont have to adjust them.

Easy job, just remember to use the right grease, the swivel bearings and the CV uses moly grease, while you must use a high temp wheel bearing grease for the wheel bearings. The Ellery's manual has a good step by step guide too.

worth using a spring scale to get the pre-load correct on the wheel bearings and swivel hub bearings. When I first did it I left my wheel bearings too loose.

Get the whole kit for the swivel hubs and wheel bearings, chances are, the bearings in the kingpins are severely worn too. In the past I've just done the wheel bearings by feel, firm resistance but not stupidly tight or loose. Factory tension on that 54mm nut is 60 nM if I remember correctly.
