Ok trying to work out what power my engine is guna make when i get it in after arguing with a toyota driver at work today.
It is a td42 brand new rebiuld blue printed, ballanced, pistons 3 way coated by cc coating, ported head (minor), highmount turbo 20psi, 3inch str8 exaust, front mount intercooler , modified intake manifold, new injectors and rebiult pump in a 2000 gu manual with 4.3 centers and 32s.
Id love to be quicker then his stock v8 cruiser.

My Guess around 140rwkw?
95kw Standard
75kw -100kw extra from mods based on every pound of boost adding 5-7hp
170kw at Engine. Less some d/train losses and engine / injection ineffiecianies I would say around 140rwkw at a guess.

Is it the original 2000 pump/injectors rebuilt to original spec? Is the pump from a factory turbo variant? Is the engine governed (rpm capped)?

Depends almost entirely on who's tuning and the quality of the work.
The guy that has the reputation for the fastest Diesels in CQ is Shawn Swaffield of Swafftec Industries fame - Gracemere.
If you want someone that really knows how to tune Diesels and has a Dyno in his shed... That's the guy I'd be chasing up.
A few of his Diesels have gone near 300 RWHP!! That's unheard of a few years ago...
Edit - you should definately be thinking about a pump tweak with that motor...
The pump is where those hidden ponies are...

if its a 10mm non turbo pump it will struggle to make 100kw at the wheels but with a properly modded pump on the same set up 160kw isnt out of the question
