Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey all

I got an ecotec that runs fine when i disconect the Idle control thing but when i conect it it surges a few times then stalls
It has a new one in there and still does it.

Only once engine is hot. When its warming up its fine.

Can the computer get faults...im out of ideas
