Which companies do alloy beadlock conversions? I have searched with google and didn't find much but from memory I think Easternwheelworks may do it, but if someone has another option please let me know.

Roctoy only sells kits. I need a company or some one thats has the skills to convert them properly!

Hi Sim.

I can supply the kits to suit any size alloy rim. I just change the inner ring to aluminium instead of steel.
The guys at Dr Wheels here on the Gold Coast can do the fitting work properly. They did a great job on Rolly's alloy's for his GQ comp truck.

Get his rings and go to good engine or trans rebuild shop they will have a tig and some one that knows how to use it. Or on second thought find you local metal distribution warehouse and ask them who does tig work in the area. If you know how to tig it really isn't that hard to do.

Its not worth the risk getting someone that does't know what they are doing with beadlocks, if its not don't right there are way to many things that can go wrong. I need these rims to balance up again and been safe for high speed use.

a mag wheel repair / modification place will have the right tools and experience to do the job properly.

Other than that, buy some forged alloys from the states while the dollar is good.

As long as you center the innner ring properly. Put a good quantity of tacs on. They weld up and balance pretty easy.

i think champion sell beadlock conversion kits for alloy wheels .

I am pretty sure these guys still do beadlock conversions. I had an old rims beadlock changed to a new rim by these guys a while ago and they did a good job. They are at Sumner Park in Brisbane.
