Just a quick question.
i've got an 80 series with a 75 series cabin on it and bought a radiator for a 75 series only to find the 80 series chassis has a crossmember under the radiator.
i need to have the core of my radiator cut down about 70mm off the bottom and have the bottom tank put back on then it should fit fine.

does anybody know of any1 good with radiators around geelong/melbourne area who is good with radiators and could do this?
this is the radiator i have.

Think carefully before you chop up a new radiator. Besides the cost you will be reducing the core area by a significant amount and it will then be marginal or too small to cool effectivly. Look for other ways round the problem. Can you remote mount the radiator even if you have to buy another radiator you have a new one to sell on. LOL ed.

yeh thought about selling it and getting 1 made.
its a big radiator so 60mm or 70mm off it shouldnt hurt it, its cooling an ls1, and i'll have a nice big davies craig thermo and shroud on it.
its just a matter of if someone can do it properly so it won't burst or leak in the middle of nowhere
