anyone got any info on how a 1hz will fit into a 45. ( im new to the modified fwd scene! )

There is some info in the Landcruiser Bible which is listed above in toyota tech

Thank you for the responses. Just wanted to know wheather there was a adaptor kits for the engine mounts, which radiator to use, if i have to modify the fire wall etc... Plan to put a 5spd in at the same time, bigger shackles, 60 series p/steering and maybe a body lift.
