Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey, After rolling my 4Runner then getting it almost sorted a year later i have a drama with the transfer it wont shift, to elaborate when i rolled it i got flat towed about 1km outta the bush while in 4wd low with the motor hydo locked, after i got it into 2wd did all repairs but it wasn't driven for nearly 8 months, then couldn't shift into 4wd anymore, as in the stick wont physically move, is there any simple or obvious thing I've overlooked, it has been driven a little and everything else seems fine...
