hey guys just done a u bolt flip on the rear of my ln106 and was just wondering do you recommend doing the bolts up to factory torque specs or will this squash/weaken the axle tube.
any comments appreciated

Do them up with a rattle gun.
Ubolts stretch so you will need to retighten after your first trip bush or 100kms.

Rattle guns don't torque bolts correctly, fine to do them up with a rattle gun but ALWAYS check with a torque wrench or breaker bar, loose uboltsm can cause the leaf to crack so checking they are tight when you service is a good idea
