Hi guys a good mate of mine has just got his new harrop suoercharger for the gen 3 in his GQ.
Now the drama is cause the main drive for these blowers is at the rear there is not enough room
at the firewall.
The engine kit use's the dellow bell houseing and custom engine mounts.
Now the thoght is to move the engine and box forward not sure how much yet but prob about 2 inchs of so
Wat i wos wondering is if any one has done this and is there any thing major the needs to be done.
I realise tail shafts gear box mounts ect but has any one done this?

Notch the firewall, surely be less work it wouldnt hit by much. Even massage it with the hammer.

X2 for the firewall. If u pull out all your aircon behind the dash there is soooooo much room in there. Cut the wall put your charger on and box around it.

You cant beat 2 inches of space in the firewall and keep the aircon? What part is back there or are you talking about the heater core?

It might be the heater core it just looks like part of all the fan ducting/box running up there.

The fan is under the glove box so couldnt be anything that can't be persuaded to move a little i reckon
