Gday, Just going through the process of selling my SS ute and leasing a VDJ79R Landcruiser, wanting to put some 35" wheels on it but dont know how high of lift i need? Also i heard that the track is uneven front to rear....is there spacers etc i could get to fix this problem?

yeah yu can use spacers although, like the 35's they are illegal, i am pretty sure you need to use 2 inch or 1.5 inch spacers, not certain. use one each side on the rear.

i am not sure on what lift you will need but you can get 35's under most cruisers with 2 inch lift, so i would think that will do.

selling the ss is definately an intelligent move.

Seem's like a good reason. But how do you explain to the numpties why going from a v8 to a turbo v8 is better? ;)

Because the way in which holden V8 petrols work is a lot different to a Turbo Landcruiser Diesel V8, the torque curve is different and the gearing etc etc, handling of the vehicle and the design of the vehicle for me changes my mind set of how i drive, if i got a sports ute i drive it hard, i wouldnt drive a 4x4 like that cause it be upside down pretty quick lol
