water temp sender on v6

i have a hilux with a commodore v6 and i am putting in a after market water temp gauge in but cant find where the temp sender goes any one know where or have any pics

G'day, on a series 2 the sender is under the alternater, so for access the alternater needs to be removed. Not sure about later model v6's, though the senders are probably in the same position.
