I have a mate building a Hilux and can get a VR V6 Belina cheap. I'm lead too beleive this is the Elec Auto. Can He just get a T700 for it and get it running that way or does the Computer need an Auto Input too run?
If he can use it he just want's the Motor, Loom, Auto, Tailshaft so the rest will be up for grabs...

I seared but you can Imagine the amount of result's

You can bypass the auto ecu & run it manualised.

some arent comp controlled from memory, if it has the manual kick down cable i think you dont need a comp. i bought a t700 out of a vr 5 ltr for my chev conversion but ended going man as no-one could build/ warrant a torque converter for towing.. autos still in the shed.

pm killalux- kustom kables he will know for sure.
