So.......you're asking someone to put their ass on the line and risk substantial fines just so you can get a roadie... (Q Transport follow these up back to the issuer of the roadie if you are caught by a mobile unit)

Lower the suspension to 2" and if the 33's are only 2" above the standard you may be OK (NCOP), other than that front up to Q Transport and see what would be needed (hypothetically of course) to bring it into line with current roadie requirements. You will get a far better response from the mobile units if you can show it's got a legitimate roadworthy. Remember these mobile guys have seen just about every dodgie that's around, even to the point of being able to estimate the age of mods.

they can tell the age of mods? your joking right? people do buy second hand parts they can't say just because it looks old that it was on for the roady?
i have read all over the net people who know of guys that can do lenient roadies just havn't found some one in queensland as per my post.

if i could drop the car down i would. but it has a 2" drop box on the front.

you know how they use bolts to put things on, or if welding they use a thing called PAINT. bolts and sometimes there mounting surfaces mark when done up, even rusty bolts mark when a tensioning device of some form is put on them.

in the unlikely event that you are caught out within a few weeks of getting a roadie they will investigate the mods.

that being said, normally the smaller places that look dodge and dont have any 4wds around them wont know what a 4" lift is and if it looks right they will just tick and flick and be done with it.
