What do you use? Need to get some to make the Pow lease happy! What do you use? Or just make your own?

I made my own.
Phase 1 was true Ghetto Fab style, made from an old real estate sign the kids brought home after school one day.
Made flares for front and flares/mudflaps for rear, also had some truck mudflaps cut to size as well for the rear.
Phase 2 was less Ghetto fab, front flares staying on as they dont look too bad. Rear flares/mudflaps removed, and made new ones from some old conveyor belt rubber.
Go around to some industrial areas, and ask around.
You should have no dramas getting some rubber for a slab.

conveyer belt from clark rubber.. comes in various widths and thicknesses. Does alright until I drive over them and rip them off again.
its not too expensive and easy to work with.

What about the mounting? I have a Patrol & removed flare & put on garden edging from Bunnings, but need some sort of mounting/bar to mount any mud-flaps on.

Yes but they are sort of "L" shaped & there's nothing to attach the "inside" bolts/screws to as those mounting brackets are like paper LOL. I have seen some with bars going all the way left to right & having square type mud flaps (like those CAT ones) screwed on.
