Hi guys/gals,
Could somebody help me with an electrical dilema.
I have wired the relay up as per advice and cannot get them to work off a switch or dipper switch. Someone said that the cruisers are positive earth. Is this true or not. What I am chasing is where each wire goes to on the relay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Kenny ;)

what your chasing is a negative switched.

the switches are on the earth side of things not postive like most switches are

search google for a wiring diagram. toyota generally has the trigger in the steering column as a green and red wire. make sure the relay you are using has the correct switching for driving lights.

try this: http://www.exploroz.com/Vehicle/Accesso ... ights.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

generally it will be a really simple problem you have over looked - recheck and recheck the wiring.

cheers, D.
