hi everyone, having some dramas with my carby patrol tb42. sucking juice like its going out of fashion. done everything short of replacing the car to try and fix this. getting about 21-23l per 100k. i'm just wondering if anyone would have a diagram of where all the vacuum lines are suppose to run cause i got the car back with 1 loose from the mechanics. and the 3rd rebuild of the carby. figure it's just easier if i fix it as it's already gone back twice with no luck. any help would be awesome as i can't figure it out with all the manuals that i have. way to confusing. lol. searched the forums with no luck. thanks in advance.

That sounds normal for a carbie TB42, mine was only getting 340km to a tank (26litres per 100km)

sounds normal for tb42s. im getting 25 liters/100 km everywhere. just get used to it or get a diesel. don't believe into stories of people getting bazillion kms out of their GQs, they're laying to themselves. roughly 350 - 400 km is what you can realistically expect from one tank.

I used to get 26/100km as well before turfing it and putting in a diesel.
