Look Under Buick/Rover 215cui - at 318lbs (144kg). Not sure if that is fully dressed or not.

...That sounds about right....maybe nearer to 155 depending on spec.

You'd want to at least double that for the autobox & transfer case; there's
some iron in there...ali casings are deceptive...!
