whats the best type of bushes

Whats the best types of bushes to run in panard and trailing arms, 7inch lift which doesnt help but im lucky to get 6-8 months out of bushes.

Genuine nissan are by far the best mate.

To get 6-8 months out of a set of bushes with a 7 inch lift is what you would expect.
As stated genuine is the only way, we also have our own bush that is a copy of the genuine and they have been on the market for about a year now with no warranties to date, we probably move 100-200 per week in control arms.
Unfortunately no matter what bush you use the lift will always wear them out quickly .

Ok thanks guys, how much roughly are your bushes for the rear trailing arms,? the lower arms are just the standard nissan arms, top trailing arms are adjustable crap mega lift arms if that matters,

2 legged over 18 are usually good (so ive been told) I cant remember myself,its been too long
