buying tires from USA

Hey everyone,
not sure if this should be in the tech section or not but i'll put it here anyway
want to know good places in america to buy tires. my mates old man brings in a container from san francisco every couple of months and i figured i should be able to get a set of 38 tsl swampers quite cheaply.
so if anyone knows a good place to deal with and roughly what i'm expecting to pay.
