Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Is anyone here familiar with the small TCM wheel loaders? There's no useful information online and sellers can't even give basic specs. I'm lead to believe they are very similar if not identical chassis to some of the smaller hitachis but engines are probably different. I'm looking into 808a, 820 etc.

Any help appreciated.
