Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey guys just picked up a gu td42t pump today gor my gq, just after a fer things such as where to run boost compensator line from, and if anyone can run me through pump timing or if it is best left to a shop?

Hi mate, I have a 2005 GU pump on my GQ. It was fairly easy to install. Just line up the timing marks on timing gears then ajust pump timing until you get .75mm at TDC. Just check this info though there are some other threads on pump timing. You need a dial indicator and a timing tool to do this though.

You could fit the pump yourself and then get a Diesel tech to do the timing. That would save you alot of labour costs.
